The device's haptic interface is based on tactile feedback for users. When an object is pinpressed onto it, the differing heights of the pins are recorded and displayed in reverse on the other device. This creates a free motion interaction that allows a feeling of physical presence. It has far reaching applications, especially when integrating it to other existing communication devices. |
